The best home furnishings store in Pittsburgh.
My experience at Weisshouse from beginning to end was wonderful! The gentleman who helped us choose the carpet was extremely helpful. Jim who measured our familyroom was friendly and very professional. The installers were on time to the minute, and were excellent, and cleaned up after themselves as well as hauled away the old carpet. I would highly recommend Weisshouse, and look forward to doing business with them again.
Great vibe in this store with many very unique furniture pieces displayed in friendly fashion.
We just recently installed new wall to wall carpet in our house. This is the second time that we used Weisshouse in our home and we likely will never use anyone else. From sales (Steve) to installation (Mike) they were professional, competitively priced, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Weisshouse.
The weisshouse staff/designers were wonderful and patient (Betsy is awesome!). There was never any pressure to purchase. Betsy ordered sample after sample and took as much time as needed to go through options and understand our style. The staff that did the installation were professional, prompt and detail-oriented.
My family and I attended the last Weisshouse warehouse sale with great success! We thought we would just stop by just to take a look at the items without any intent to buy. As soon as we got there, we started to fall in love with one of a kind pieces. We walked out with a beautiful mahogany hallway table, a number of unique chairs and stools, part of a Cisco sectional, and a Bernhardt bench (just to mention a few items). We couldn’t believe what great pieces were available and that was at the *end* of the sale.
I bought a carriage house in Southpointe, Canonsburg, PA...found Stan and said I wanted to change it from a very traditional house into a New York Loft...and that is exactly what I have. Hired him as the designer...he hired the contractor...and six months later I had my dream home. It was featured in Whirl (the Pittsburgh Magazine with class and society..charity events) and then the last year in a local magazine that was set up for the Southpointe area. Stan was wonderful to work with and designed it...Tony and his son, TJ..the contractors created it...and I NOW HAVE A NYC LOFT right here in Canonsburg!! The only contemporary home in the Southpointe area of Canonsburg, PA.
