The rugs used for over-dying are all hand-woven or hand-knotted in small workshops in Turkey from Istanbul to Adana and beyond. They are made with 100% hand-spun, locally produced wool. Each rug is a unique creation. Available in standard sizes starting at 4’x6’ to 10’14’ as well as custom sizes.

The over-dying is also done by hand. Using only natural vegetable dyes. The colors are achieved using the following and may be mixed for varying shades. Browns – Walnut shell; Yellows – Sundried Daisy flowers; Reds – Madder root or Blues – Indigo sourced from a German mineral.
